I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
Im Sirinya, I created this fundraiser to raise money for preventative cancer research. I started this because my dad was affected by throat cancer, after a year of chemotherapy he was confirmed free of cancer. This fundraiser is a small step in helping reduce the lives lost by cancer but i'm determined to help in my own way. I’m colouring my hair pink in hopes that the money I raise can help in preventing lives lost by cancer.
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
