Ella would like to thank you all the donations.I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
In 2020 when we went into Covid lockdown 1, our Miss Ella who was 12 at the time said I want to grow my hair to donate to someone in need of a wig, that has loss there hair due to cancer.
There are 2 men who have a special place in Ella’s heart, Poppy Pete, (Anthony’s dad) who lost his battle in 2009 after a short 3 years with the horrible C word and not a day goes by we wish he was still here to see Ella and her brother Oscar grow up and just share memories.
My Pop (Krystle’s Dad) who is now back living life to the fullest, Pop had treatment in 2018 everyday for 6 weeks at Peter Mac followed by surgery to remove the lump in his shoulder, Pop is a lucky one.
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my journey and the big chop you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
