I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
Earlier this year a beautiful woman named Emma was not so lucky. Her cancer journey ended with the loss of her life. Emma was brave, courageous and kind. I was lucky enough to meet her numerous times through close friends and boy did she have an impact on those around her. With her fiery red hair, big gorgeous smile and pure joyfulness she was an unforgettable woman. I am donating my hair so that young women (and men) like Emma can have access to sexy wigs and stylish do's as treatment steals a part of who they are.
