Dartmoor Football Netball Club's "SHAVE to stop cancer" 2021
Bill unfortunately lost his battle with cancer in October 2020.
He was the most genuine man anyone would ever meet and not a day goes by where he is not thought about or spoken of. His beautiful family were his life and he was a friend to everyone.
Bill was a huge part of the Dartmoor community and in particular the Dartmoor Football Netball Club.
The DFNC have arranged for the "BILL MADEX MEMORIAL DAY" for the first game of the 2021 season to commemorate this wonderful man and to raise money for the Cancer Council.
3 people have volunteered to shave their head for the cause and to raise those much needed funds, so please get in and donate!
You can donate online and there will also be collection boxes around the community and the club over the next few weeks leading up to the event.
We hope to see you all on the 24th of April at the Dartmoor Football Netball Club.
