Jasman & Ashman Sidhu’s Bhangra Workshop for Cancer Council Victoria
Bhangra is more than dance for us — it is our culture, our passion and a way of bringing people together.
This time, Jasman and Ashman Sidhu are using their love of Bhangra to support a cause close to so many families and communities — Cancer Council Victoria.
We are proud to organise a special Bhangra Workshop, bringing people together through music, movement, culture and community spirit, while raising funds to support Cancer Council Victoria.
Dance. Community. Giving Back.
Jasman and Ashman have grown up with Bhangra and have been fortunate to perform on many stages and share their passion with others.
Now, they want to use that passion for something bigger.
This workshop is an opportunity for everyone — children, young people, parents and families — to come together, enjoy Bhangra and help make a difference.
Every participant, every donation and every share helps us support this important cause.
🌟 Why We Are Supporting Cancer Council Victoria
Cancer has affected countless families and communities. Through this fundraiser, we hope to contribute towards Cancer Council Victoria’s work supporting people affected by cancer, cancer research, prevention and support services.
For Jasman and Ashman, this is also about learning an important lesson:
When we have something we love, we can use it to help others.

I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.

Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.

Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.

Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my event, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
