I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
Every year more than
35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’. This
has affected members of my family, who unfortunately have passed away
from Colon cancer and Liver Cancer.
Having had alopecia myself I
understand how it can affect a person's confidence in themselves at
such a difficult time. We are defined so much by our hair and losing hair
when you are sick can really affect someone’s self esteem when they are
particularly low.
That is why I am donating my hair to
raise funds for those who are affected. Please help me in raising funds as
I take the step to cut my hair from almost waist length to shoulder length.
