A quick update for those following - One Month and a bit into the New Year and I wanted to send a big thanks to Rafael Protacio of Elite Finance, who's just donated a massive $1000 to my fundraising efforts!

"$1000 can help equip a laboratory-based research team working on a new cancer treatment. Advances in the detection and treatment of cancer have been so crucial in getting Victoria's cancer survival rate up to 69%, and it contintues to ensure more people surive into the future."

If you’re reading this then you’re one of the first to check this page and thinking of donating to my fundraiser for cancer research. I know that times are tough but if you can spare any money this year, please support me! 

Of course I’m going booze free for the year which I did in 2020 (during a pandemic, which was strange) - so I also this inspires others to challenge themselves and reevaluate your relationship with alcohol.

I’m looking to surpass my targets I raised for Movember and Dry July - not only by a little but a lot! $10,000 is my goal and if you ever wanted to shout me a beer or buy me a slab, please donate the money for a good cause instead. 

Remember to keep your receipts as it’s all tax deductible!

I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.

Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.

Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.

Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my fundraiser, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
