Hello!

Hello!  For those who don't know me my name is Tameka and this year I decided to colour my hair to raise money for cancer research.

2020 has been a tough year for all of us and for some it may be tougher. In 2018 there were an estimated 18 million cancer cases world wide. And money is the main resource researchers need to find an answer for people to be cured from cancer. 

In two weeks time I hope to raise at least $500 to be donated to this cause, even a dollar from one person can help achieve this goal and if you're unable to donate?  Please support this cause and if you're willing,  shave, cut or sure your hair to help raise money!

I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.

Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.

Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.

Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my walk, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
