I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks to the help of generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
"Hi, my name is Marianette.
I will be cutting my hair for the first time EVER on my birthday (August 25th). I will be donating my hair to support cancer research to help stop cancer! Instead of birthday presents this year, I want to raise money to support Victorians with cancer."
Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my chop, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
I know times are tough for many of us this year, but any donation big or small will be very much appreciated. If you're not able to donate but can share this page to spread awareness, that would be great too.
