We are booked in!!
We booked in to get the chop at Dirty Little Secrets hair salon.I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer free future. By supporting my walk, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
In addition to raising money, we will be chopping and donating 20+ cm off our hair.
Every year an estimated 4000 ponytails are needed, just to make enough charitable wigs for those suffering from cancer or alopecia. Once wig requires 20 ponytails, and can cost thousands of dollars.
We plan on getting the chop in roughly 2 weeks and can't wait to share our before and after shots with you!
