Family, friends and loved ones alike lost a great person earlier this year.
Ryan was the kindest person you would ever be lucky enough to meet, and unfortunately lost his battle with bowel cancer in May this year at just the young age of 36.
With the support of his wife, and my friend Steff, we will be running the distance of 75kms over September to raise much needed funds for research, prevention and cure of cancer.
Cancer doesn't discriminate- age, gender, race or religion.. it has no boundaries, and we are missing valuable time and memories with those that should still be with us.
