I’m fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer.
This September we are walking in loving memory of David Macrae, and every other person who has and has had pancreatic cancer. We are challenging ourselves to walk 150km each over the course of the month
Pancreatic cancer is now the third biggest cancer killer of all Australians, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow there is only a 10% chance that you'll be alive in 5 years.
But research can change this. Your support will fund life-saving pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September we are challenging ourselves to get up, get moving and walk 150km.
