Stepping it out for Cancer Research
Our team of 8 here at Etex Altona have all logged our average step count's and from there we have chosen to challenge ourselves with an extra 3,000 to 4,000 steps EACH, every single day for the next 30 days.
This will mean between 8 of us our goal is to take 3,200,000 steps.
That will equate approximately 2400km - given most of us a sedentary workers this will take a lot of work and determination from us all!
