My First Haircut

Hello everyone,  My name is SHIVAANSH MAHARJAN a 5 1/2 yr old boy who hasn't have a haircut yet. 
The reason why I haven't had a haircut is because in our culture there is a ritual where boy's need to shave their hair at a certain age (before reaching teenage) called bratabandha/kyeta-puja. My dad wanted to keep my hair uncut until I underwent the ceremony.
It was all good until I started my school this year but now my hair is a hassle for my mom to get me ready also, it sometimes obstructs me while playing with my friends so we have decided to trim my hair short by going to the barber but my dad had a better idea.
He suggested that instead of just going to the barber and cutting it short, why not donate my long hair to someone who may need it.
He researched about hair donation on the internet and came across this page and registered my name for it and created a fundraiser page as well.
I hope, with your support, I will reach the target amount I have set to donate to the ones in need.
