It’s all gotta go like a bad fire sale, all my hair must go, I'm donating it for a wig & I'm fundraising for Cancer Council Victoria to help stop cancer
Hi everyone thank you for taking the time to read this post.
Many of you may know I've been growing my hair for almost 3 years after seeing what my Grandmother went through with cancer and her trying to find a decent wig that would make her feel somewhat normal, giving her the ability to do her hair in the morning along with her make up was a nightmare.
So I've decided to cut all of my hair off and shave my head to donate and raise funds along the way. I know times are tough for having expendable cash right now so anything you can would be greatly appreciated and it's tax-deductable!
Every year more than 35,000 Victorians hear the words ‘you have cancer’.
Thanks in part to generous Victorians, 7 in 10 of them will survive five years after a cancer diagnosis, but there’s still so much work to be done.
The Cancer Council needs our support more than ever this year. Every dollar raised gives hope for a cancer-free future. By supporting my event, you’re funding life-saving cancer treatments, prevention programs, and support services that ensure no one has to face cancer alone.
